Payment is issued immediately after successful verification and inspection of the device.
All transactions are final once payment has been made and the device has been transferred to us.

We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the actual condition of the device differs from the description provided prior to the meet-up.

6. Meet-Ups and Mail-In Transactions

Local Meet-Ups:
Transactions are conducted at safe, agreed-upon public locations. Sellers are encouraged to bring valid identification for verification purposes.

Mail-In (by Arrangement Only):
Mail-in sales must be pre-approved by Salt Lake Phone Buyer. The seller is responsible for secure packaging and shipping. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
Ownership transfers only once the device has been received, inspected, and payment has been issued.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information about device ownership.

• Attempt fraudulent sales or resale of stolen or financed devices.

• Copy or distribute any content from our website without authorization.

Any violation may result in refusal of service, reporting to law enforcement, and potential legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Salt Lake Phone Buyer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the sale, purchase, or use of our services.
We are not responsible for personal data left on devices. Sellers must remove all data and accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google Lock, passwords) before completing a sale.
